Timmy is my adopted cat. He is very smart and sweet, and thinks he is a dog. As far as cats go he is eager to please (more so than some dogs), and will offer behaviors throughout the day hoping to get attention. He learns quickly and easily responds to commands in new environments. Here is a short video with Timmy from YouTube:Breed: Mix - some people have suggested Maine Coon. Coloring: Long blue/grey, light with stripes when shaved. Age: Born around 2001 or earlier? Weight: Don't know yet - bigger than most cats. Tricks: Sit, speak, high 5, come, jump on, off. Learning kennel, up, down, bed, and stay. Many more to come... Occupation: Dog trainer/socializer, official mouser. Hobbies: Learning new tricks, being held, playing with dogs, curling-up in the sun, being blow-dried after a bath... Oh, and eating! Dislikes: Other cats... Timmy stared at a wall for two weeks straight when we rescued a kitten off the street and brought her to a shelter after a couple of days - he 'growled' at anyone who tried to touch him after handling the other cat.
He is now content being an only cat and doesn't mind if I have been petting others, though he has not been introduced to any.
